I was born in the 1940’s and have been interested in photography since I was a schoolboy. Even did my own colour film developing and printing for a time. In this new digital age I am enjoying using Lightroom, Photoshop et al to be creative with my images. They may be not actually be how the camera sensor said they should look but they are how I remember the feeling the image gave me when I took it. Having worked in the advertising world most of my life I suppose I am used to showing things as people would like them to be portrayed rather than showing the stark reality seen in photojournalism images.
